Another beautiful story has stolen my heart and has me anxiously awaiting the arrival of a sweet baby boy, his longing parents awaiting his arrival to earth side after their storm and to finally meet their "rainbow".

Cyrene, Clayton, and Legend met with me in Canmore for an absolutely stunning maternity session to show off the beautiful baby bump that is soon to be their brand new, bouncing baby boy! And if the joy on their faces isn't enough (as if!), the excitement in their voices certainly was!

I could not have had anyone more stunning and beautiful as Cyrene to break in my brand new, royal blue maternity gown. One of my favourite parts of these maternity sessions is watching these already gorgeous women transform into absolute goddesses when they slip into these stunning, flowy gowns (and I often get remarks on how they could just wear them all day!) Cyrene was so in love with the gown, she was selfie-ing away after the session to cram in as many glamor shots as she possibly could! And I don't blame her - she was STUNNING! That gown was made for her.

Embarrassingly, I kept mispronouncing Cyrene's name throughout the session (I kept pronouncing as "serene" instead of "kyr-een"), but quite frankly. I think maybe I was just pronouncing her name the way she appeared in front of me - absolutely serene. ;)

Mountain maternity sessions are always sessions that I always look forward to. The scenery never disappoints, the views are breathtaking, and they just pull stunning sessions together. Even as giant rocks, the mountains bring a certain "poise" to a photograph. And who doesn't love the sweet scent of pine all around you while you're out and about in the great wilderness?

It won't be long now before I receive the news of Cyrene and Clayton's little one arriving, and I absolutely can not wait to meet him. I can only imagine his parents' are nearly bursting with excitement in the final countdown to meet their little man!
